Emily Heights
Once the home of Jamaica's sixth and longest - serving Prime Minister -
Mr P J Patterson - Emily Heights comes with great history and heritage.
Patterson Avenue was named after this Prime Minister that served his country for 14 years.
Emily Heights is a beautiful villa nestled in half an acre of a lush, tropical garden.
A garden of flowers and abundant fruit trees -
Mango, Pear, Breadfruit, Aloe Vera, Guava, June Plum, Naseberry, Lime, Coconut and Moringa beans can be found!
It is a10 minutes drive from Sangsters International Airport and your Caribbean Sea on the north west coast of the island of Jamaica can also be yours to enjoy within a few short minutes drive.
A gem in the heart of Patterson Avenue, Emily Heights has 3 full size bedrooms; each with their own spacious and bright ensuite bathrooms. Two of the double bedrooms open out to the verandah that extends along the whole front of the villa.
A Living Room and Reception Room leading to a modern, spacious kitchen with exceptional appliances welcomes you at the front entrance. One of those appliances is a professional, Swedish AGA oven and cooker that takes centre stage in bright yellow! The refrigerator and freezer, the Whirlpool dishwasher and open top washing machine are the other 4 appliances.
There is the Helpers Quarters with two rooms and bathroom at the rear of the villa along with the spacious laundry room with the open top washing machine.
Custom made furniture that were inspired by the thatched-like, wooden ceilings are all on offer as a separate purchase
A wrap around verandah allows that sea breeze to flow through the whole house for the whole day and is truly the icing on the cake. The verandah looks out to your own oval shaped Swimming Pool and your very own Caribbean sea.
A large car port is to the rear of the Helpers Quarter. Enough space to park
two cars; not mentioning the long driveway that would accommodate several vehicles.
Your oasis awaits you on an island named Jamaica!
